Wholesale Shipping Policy

Effective September 1, 2026

We want wholesale shipping to be simple, predictable, and as cost-effective as possible for our retail partners. Because bulk refill products are heavy liquids, palletized shipping provides the safest and most efficient way to ship larger wholesale orders.

1. Wholesale Pallet Freight Support

Beginning September 1, 2026, qualifying wholesale pallet orders may receive a Fillaree freight contribution based on order size.

Current freight-support tiers are:

• 20+ bulk refill bags OR $1,500+ merchandise subtotal → Fillaree contributes $75 toward freight

• 40+ bulk refill bags OR $3,500+ merchandise subtotal → Fillaree contributes $150 toward freight

• 60+ bulk refill bags OR $5,000+ merchandise subtotal → Fillaree contributes $250 toward freight

Actual LTL freight charges vary by destination, shipment weight, pallet configuration, carrier, and delivery requirements.

The retailer is responsible for the remaining freight balance after the applicable Fillaree freight contribution is applied.

Order thresholds are calculated on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts, credits, and adjustments unless otherwise stated.

Fillaree reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping method used for shipments receiving freight support.

Why We Use Freight Contributions

LTL pallet freight can vary significantly depending on where an order is shipping and the services required at delivery.

Rather than using one nationwide flat rate, Fillaree contributes more toward freight as pallet size increases.

The bigger the pallet, the more Fillaree helps with shipping.

This allows us to continue offering meaningful wholesale freight support while keeping shipping pricing sustainable across different destinations.

2. Why We Encourage Pallet Shipping

Bulk refill products are significantly safer and more efficient to ship on pallets.

Our non-pallet bulk refill shipments have averaged approximately $17.25 in freight per bag.

Recent pallet shipments have averaged approximately:

• 20 bags: $15.00 per bag

• 30 bags: $9.67 per bag

• 40 bags: $10.13 per bag

• 50 bags: $9.28 per bag

Actual freight costs vary by destination and shipment, but larger pallet orders generally provide substantially better freight efficiency while reducing the risk of lost or damaged refill bags.

3. Pallet Shipping Protection

Beginning September 1, 2026, Fillaree will provide shipping damage protection only for qualifying palletized wholesale shipments.

If product arrives damaged on a palletized shipment, the retailer may be eligible for replacement product or store credit in accordance with our Wholesale Shipping Issues & Claims Policy.

Non-palletized wholesale shipments are shipped at the retailer’s risk. Fillaree does not guarantee replacement product, reimbursement, or store credit for merchandise damaged during transit when the shipment was not palletized.

4. Delivery & Freight Charges

Retailers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and informing Fillaree of any special delivery requirements before shipment.

Additional carrier charges caused by circumstances such as incorrect addresses, redelivery, limited-access locations, liftgate requirements, inside delivery, storage, or other special services may be charged to the retailer when they are not included in the original shipping arrangement.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside Fillaree’s reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

5. Bag Return Shipping Credits

Fillaree will continue to accept eligible empty Fillaree bulk refill bags back from all retail partners.

However, reimbursement of the cost to ship empty bags back to Fillaree is a Pallet Partner benefit.

Retailers participating in qualifying pallet orders may be eligible to receive store credit for approved return-shipping expenses in accordance with our Empty Bag Return & Shipping Credit Policy.

Retailers who do not participate in pallet ordering are still encouraged and welcome to return their Fillaree bags, but return-shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

6. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, Fillaree may offer temporary wholesale shipping promotions or other incentives.

Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and dates and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions unless Fillaree specifically states otherwise.

7. Changes to This Policy

Fillaree may update wholesale shipping rates, thresholds, or terms as freight costs and business conditions change.

Current shipping terms will be posted on our wholesale website. Continued placement of wholesale orders after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
