To reduce waste and offer fair, transparent rates, shipping is billed separately after checkout. You’ll be charged a $1 hold at checkout—this reserves your order while we calculate your shipping based on size and location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fillaree Wholesale is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Shipments
Fillaree is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim, as they may be required for resolution.

Wholesale orders typically ship within 8 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.
