What's the minimum Order/Reorder value for Fillaree's wholesale orders?

For wholesale refill partners, the minimum order value is $500 (excluding shipping) for shipping orders and $200 for local pick up orders. However, this does not apply to Airbnbs and Short-term Rentals. There's no minimum for reorders, though. Let us know if you have any other questions!

How can I help my local co-op/shop carry Fillaree products?

Just shoot us an email at hello@fillaree.com and let us know the name and location of the co-op/shop. We'll take it from there!

How do I return empty bags to you? Do you pay to get bags returned?

Yes! We accept returns of 10 or more empty, clean bags. Once you have 10 bags, pack them securely in a box with minimal extra space and ship them back to us. Retailers are responsible for the initial return shipping cost, but once we receive and approve the return, you’ll receive store credit equivalent to the value of the returned bags.
