Return Pouch Policy

Return Initiation

To initiate a return, please pack all empty, clean bags securely in a box that fits them snugly, leaving as little extra space as possible. Return shipping costs are based on the package’s weight and dimensions, so minimizing excess space can help reduce shipping costs.

Weigh the package and measure its dimensions, then purchase a return shipping label through your preferred carrier. Alternatively, you may take the packaged box to a carrier location where they can weigh the package and assist with shipping.

Retailer Responsibilities

Retailers are responsible for the initial cost of return shipping, including packaging and postage or shipping labels. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method so the return can be monitored throughout the shipping process.

Approval and Store Credit

Once we receive the returned items and the required documentation (a photo or PDF of the return postage receipt), our team will review the return for approval.

To receive store credit, please email the return documentation to Ashley at wholesale@fillaree.com.

If the return is approved, you will receive store credit equivalent to the value of the returned items.

Store Credit Usage

Approved store credit will be applied to your account and may be used toward your next purchase. Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within 6 months of the date of issuance.
